How to report an error and request review.
Use the contact form to report a correction. Include the page address, the statement you believe is wrong and an official source where available. Do not send account statements, identity documents or other private banking records.
Confirmed substantive editorial changes receive an attributed review date or correction note as appropriate. Rate observations retain their history: a new approved observation does not overwrite an earlier one. A captured source or submitted report does not automatically change a rate or publish content.
For a moderation appeal, include the discussion address and decision at issue. The same accountable owner performs a fresh documented review; an independent appeal service is not currently available.
